The Project
Isolana is a G+2P+8 luxury residential tower located in coveted Dubai Islands. The project features 71 premium apartments comprising of a mix of 39 one-bed, 22 two-bed and 6 three-bed homes, with 4 exceptionally designed penthouses on the top floor.
The project also distinguishes itself with its soon to be iconic “dancing balconies”, and indoor courtyard concept, as well as its wide plethora of resort-inspired amenities, including its 55-meter-long infinity swimming pool, zen garden, resident club lounge, padel court, private gym, jogging track, outdoor yoga studio and indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. 16 units are equipped with private plunge pools.
Isolana Residences is set to be a one-of-a-kind project that will add unique value to Dubai’s luxury real estate landscape.
Our Role
Acting as an extension of the developers team, Projenco is providing a comprehensive suite of developer support services to the project while representing the Owner with all project participants including the consultant/engineer, contractors, and suppliers.
Entering the project during the concept design phase, Projenco is driving progress and monitoring the works to ensure feasibility compliance with all aspects of Scope, Schedule, Budget, & Quality with a primary mandate to ensure delivery of the project as advertised to the developers valued customers.
As in all Projenco projects, we are implementing a best-in-class technology focussed delivery structure to promote a frictionless and positive outcome for all stakeholders including the Developer, Project Participants, and ultimately the end-users of the project.
