The Project
Urban Park Residences is 2B+G+15+Roof residential tower located in Dubai Sports City. The project features 187 apartments and high quality amenities including a gym, rooftop pool, yoga deck, rooftop BBQ area & EV charging stations.
Modern and spacious interiors with high ceilings and full height windows accentuate luxurious finishes and details. High quality building systems for vertical transport, mep, life and fire safey, and home automation have been specified and are currently being installed.
Our Role
Acting as an extension of the developers team, Projenco is providing a comprehensive suite of developer support services to the project while representing the Owner with all project participants including the consultant/engineer, contractors, and suppliers.
Entering the project during the tender phase, Projenco successfully implemented a procurement program whereby the works were awarded at 24% below the lowest GC bid demonstrating significant value creation for the sponsors.
We are currently assisting the developer with monitoring the works across all aspects of Scope, Schedule, Budget, & Quality to ensure a frictionless and positive outcome for all stakeholders including the Developer, Project Participants, and ultimately the end-users of the project.
